VP of Ad Sales & Biz Dev:
You will be a key member of the management team reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible for building out global Ad operations, and ad sales revenue. You will be in charge of initiating, and closing key strategice partnership deals with global brands, ad agencies, and social media sites, mobile app and game developers that leverage Vufind's interest recognition platform. The position is based in silicon valley, but clearly will require frequent travel, hence you could work out of Los Angeles, or NYC or similar Advertising hubs, and you don't need to be based in silicon valley yourself. You have to have held a similar role at a director capacity or above at an interest or mobile software company with an advertising revenue model, and have generated at least $50M in revenue in less than 2 years.
You need to be a hands on awesome thought leader who inspires and mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, problem solving , and top-notch deal making skills. You will be a team player and have the ability to build rapport with everyone in the company, and have an solid set of relationships with executives in the Advertising space. Over time, you will build a small team of 3--5 people reporting to you.
The position requires an MBA from a top 10 business school, and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience. Undergrand in computer science is prefered. The position carries a very significant equity stake, and is available to start immediately.
VP of Product Management:
We are looking for a super-star VP of product management with experience driving and launching mobile apps and/or games from inception stage to launch. You need to be passionate about mobile apps, multimedia (photos and video), and building the worlds best user experience for our unique augmented reality real-life games with real-life rewards and eCommerce. You need to be an awesome problem solver, take ownership of the product yet be open to suggestions and critiquest from everyone internally and externally. You will be the CEO of the product! Requires: MBA + 3 years in the mobile software space. BS in Computer science, Math or Engineering is preferred. The position carries a very significant equity stake, and is available to start immediately.
Chief Mobile Developer
You will be a key core team member of our engineering team driving the technical and product innovation of VuHunt a unique disruptive mobile real-world strategy game.

Software Developers (Mobile and Server-side):
Currently, we are looking for highly innovative energetic developers with experience on Android and/or iPhone, and solid experience developing mobile games and/or media apps. If you want to get on one of the valley's top teams developing one of the most exciting applications, we would love to hear from you. You don't even need to have earned your degree in computer science as long as you can demonstrate prior work on awesome mobile apps and games!
